Diario de islandmoma, 12 ene. 16

I am really back in the swing of things. Totally committed to the eating program. Weighing and measuring are of most importance. My hardest thing is getting exercise. I have a really bad back. I do push myself and try other things to keep moving. That does help. Housework of any kind does lend a hand.

As usual, I lose weight slow, but that I can't help. I am eating healthy and that is what is important. My choices are so much better. Last year, I only lost 10 lbs. Must accept the fact that moving less hurts weight loss.
