I wish people would talk about the truth about what happens when you lose extreme amounts of weight. All this extra skin and how it mentally effects you. How things used to be in one place and now you can't find it. I've been told just have a tummy tuck. It's not that simple when your whole body has been deflated.

Read up on "autophagy". Basically, it's taking up a practice of regular fasting, and as you practice fasting, your body starts destroying extra cells. See Dr. Eric Berg on YouTube on this topic. He has at least half a dozen videos explaining how this work. AND without surgery!! (Besides, surgery for this sounds gross, expensive, and psinful!)

I think it is not a hidden fact but yeah it is not how it is sold in the media for sure. Hopefully you can qualify to get some support to have some skin removed. And congrats on all that loss. Even if it may not look it always... your body thanks you

Richard Simmons (weight loss guru in the past) talked about the same thing. He had the money to have extra skin removed. I think a lot of people just tuck it in and keep on truckin'. 😋
