3 days ago, my weight was 104.4 kg. I felt really down about it. I started to do my analysis where I was wrong in my diet, and I found the answers: 1) I had constipation ( 🙄 ) , 2) a couple of small but heavy meals at dinner time. In the last 3 days I eat less carbs ( especially for dinner ). 1 day I had 1,224 calories a day; yesterday, I had 1,092 calories a day. Overall, all my starts look now like this:
♡ starting weight - 116 kg ♡ 10th of June - 104.4 kg ♡ 14th of June - 100.7 kg ♡ lost in 3 days - 3.7 kg ♡ goal - 95 kg ♡ lost so far - 15.3 kg ♡ remaining - 5.7 kg
The main thing is : I was really upset last time by gaining a lot of weight. But my inner critic helped me to see what was wrong with my eating habits in order to put things straight. 🙃
