Diario de BabyYin, 17 jun. 24

I kinda went overboard and gained 10 lbs back in the last few weeks. Doing better now but still 100% back. I've lost 5 of it so far. I changed my hours at work and it's good but bad at the same time. I used to work the 1pm-10 shift now I'm on the 4am-1 shift. The closing shift had alot of drama and I would emotionally eat. The opening shift is alot less stressful except I am having issues with my timing of getting stuff out. But I will get it. Plus openers are alot more busy because we do the freight and mark downs. Closers basically cook, clean and serve customers. Openers do that plus the rest. So I am alot active. Hopefully it will help me to lose weight. But I'm giving myself until the end of the year now to get under 200.
