I've been here around the same Rob. I thank all the FS friends for their support and God is good! He will give you the answers you need. 

Awesome job Rob! You are right! God is giving you the strength to do what’s best for you in service of Him! I’ve used FS on and off for over ten years when I need to get back on track or after babies. Setbacks are a part of life, but you’ve done it and you’ll keep doing it. 🙏🏽 

Thank you for setting such a good example of patience and faith. Sometimes I look at the entire weight loss I need to achieve and become so anxious. Seeing others here slowly overcoming years of habits is encouraging.  

I admire your perspective. 🙏 Steady and strong despite setbacks!

@jbold9 I didn’t do this well without help from others in this community; yes I did and still doing the work. The people here in this community are here for the same reason I’m here and that is to help others on their weight loss; which in turns helps them with their own. Listen to their advice and learn what you can use to help you on your journey here. 

@PattyAngl; thank you for your kind words, I didn’t succeed in this amount of weight loss in my own; there have been countless others in this community that has guided me in this. When I came here I was just starting out, by the second and third week I plateaued and was discouraged and nearly left. I sure am glad I didn’t; cause I would have gained it all back. I’ve made friends here and this community has helped me so much, I will never be able to repay it enough. So I just try to pay it forward by telling my story and helping others here by being supportive and encouraging them on their journey.

@Windy Day; Holly I’m trying every day, since April I’ve struggled with setbacks the last several months as you already know. Thank you for supporting and encouraging me and others here. I’m very glad to have you as a friend and supporter here. I’m doing better; meds are working and pain has eased up. This community has openly accepted me from the start and have allowed me to rant and tell my story without judging me, and I thank you and everyone here who has done so. I have faith in Yahweh ie God who will guide me through my struggles and trials.  

You're an inspiration and asset to this community. We share the same faith. It is what sustains me, and you too I am sure. Prayers, friend!

Even though we go through struggles and trials in this life, it’s my faith in God that allows me to stay strong and persevere; Yahweh ie God with not try us beyond what we can handle.
