article to read this morning... MORE BEANS...LESS WHITE RICE IN YOUR EATING HABITS

headed out for a morning walk an will add more later...back from my morning wlk ...added more on this morning...3.77 miles..76 min...wish it was faster...but it is what it is..least its walkin...50 out this morning...had to put on 2 sets of sweats on my legs...my knees are sensitive to the cold...just a tshirt..hoodie an gloves on top part ...cooler mornings are nice...only in the 70s yesterday...an windy...was almost cold after them 100 degree days...i really think winter is just around the corner this year....soon then most think...leaves have been fallin for the last 2 weeks on some trees....an more are fallin...well...headed out to brians to help him today...hes gonna start cutting an splittin wood either this week or next...im ready...a great workout...

Walking is very good. I like both beans and rice. Both are good in moderation.
