exams done and dusted. Still stressed out. Having emotional issues with hubby - I don't know how to deal with it all. 2 nights in a row I haven't really felt like eating. This in itself is not a bad thing. Will weigh myself tomorrow or Wednesday morning, and post it up. I have been trying to be really careful with my food intake too. Mamma, glad to hear you have picked yourself up and dusted yourself off. Get back on that horse and show it who exactly is the boss!!! I still hope to be close to my goal weight of 87.5 by the end of the month. That would be like 2 kgs in about a week... Hmmmm, if I was just starting out, it would be easy, but since I have been struggling since I started, it might prove harder than it seems. It is nice though to see the scales drop. It really keeps me motivated. I bought some apple cider vinegar and will start having that in water every morning (instead of the lemon) Lets see how that goes. I heard it is really good for your health. I will keep you all posted :)

Hi Angelica, I am concerned that your repeat ultra low cal days are affecting your brain and organs ability to function correctly. Sending body into famine mode so stripping muscle.
