Diario de Rhidemption, 26 jun. 24

I'm not much of a "journal" person. I've been using FS for a few years in spurts. I mostly just use it to log calories and keep track of my weight loss/gain. I've recently started over because I gained a lot of weight after getting married- totally didn't see that coming 🙄😂. Thankfully, my husband is going on this journey with me. It's been so helpful and motivating having him help with keeping me on track. We discuss meal plans, exercise together, etc. Both of us have been heavy the majority of our lives, and one day we want to have children. needless to say, we're taking this very seriously, but at our own pace. I hope I can stay committed to myself and see this through, unlike the many many many other times I've tried to lose weight. Wish me luck 🤞🏻
