I still cannot get below 89 kgs. I have a bad day (emotionally) and then almost throw it all in. I have to remind myself of my smaller goals and get back onto it the next day. I wake up with all good intentions, but sometimes it goes pear shaped. Hope everyone else is moving along well! Have a great Sunday.

Please don't give up Angelica! Just look at how far you have come from where you began. Time will pass regardless of if you throw in the towel or continue. If you continue you will get to look back and see all the hard work you invested in yourself pay off. xo I agree, you can do it. :)
