I eat late almost every single night...
730pm is considered early in the summer, cuz there's still a significant amount of sunlight left in the day...
Still have time for a snack, and still loosing weight on a predictable level according to my activity level.
Personally, I don't believe there's as much truth to the late night eating rumors as many people believe...
To me, it's just math...
Calories in, calories out, equals gain or loss...

Oh, I don’t worry about eating late, it’s all about getting enough sleep, which I totally suck at. I am at my desk at 7am, so if I’m eating late and rowing late, I’m also getting to bed late. That said, I’m not chronically tired that I can tell.
