I gave in to the crazy schedule of life and the change of environment that distracted me from staying on my exercise regime and diet! If nothing else that should have been my constant but I blew it....so now I'm back. My schedule is still crazy and will be, I'm still housesitting and will be for another month but I realized I can't keep going the way I've been with spotty exercise sessions and eating whatever I want whenever I want. So here's to a new day!
