Down anither 2 pounds! (thanks to pills). I have a follow-up appt today, gonna mention I think these meds are to strong. I'm happy I've lost, but starting to feel kind of a weakness in my heart. I'm always so obsessed about & aware of my heart beating, it's surely in my head, but it's worrying me.
On the days I fon't take my pills, I'm a hungry, carb addicted hippo. I devoured french bread, chips, fish & fries yesterday.

85,5 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 15,8 kg.    Aún para ir: 1,6 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
