8/10/24-Alot going on recently, going to give this another try with a new motivation. Plan is to go low carb, not really keto, but ketoish. I will start using MTC oil again, this seemed to be helpful in the past. My downside has been a lack of routine as far I'm concerned. Morning need the most organization. More to follow-gotta start somewhere!
