Right now I do intermittent fasting 16/8 . Nothing after 8pm & nothing before 12 pm . I like to eat late . Right now I don’t want to change that because I always tend to late night snack. & I’m a night owl .I saw a woman on here that does the 20/4 I want to try that but don’t know if I have that kind of willpower. I eat between 1000-1350 calories . If I eat more than that I feel like I’m overeating. Plus I want to try to lose 1.5 to 2 pounds a week . Until the new year . On weekends I do go over well the last two weekends I have . I use to make the excuse it’s the summer so much activities and that still okay if you eat things you not supposed to the next day get back on your sh*t! I’m going to continue to fight . Before the new year I want to be down 30 pounds . So I’m not giving up . Those that keep counting me out have a rude awakening!
