Mature raw kale is difficult to digest so some of its nutritive value may be lost. Same thing applies to cooking it. Reassess what your primary goal in eating it actually is and then decide which will help you achieve that goal. What is your interpretation of what clean eating is if this meal is your example .

eating kale can give you fiber and make you feel full. there are micronutrients in it there that is not in any other vegetable. it's good to change up your types of vegetables that you eat. I think this is a great example of clean eating. you go!
