Keeping to my RDI with the occaisional lapse. Weight is steady around 180lb. Looking forward to longer and hopefully drier days when I can get ou in the garden and prepare the caravan for a few getaways!!. I hope all my buddies are well and keeping on track. Best wishes and kind regards to all.

Hi, lovely to hear from you. Don't get sun burnt while your out with those dogs. I actually mowed the front lawn today. It's not stopped growing all winter. Just took the top off and raked it over to give it some air. Keep in touch. Kind regards. Jim
