I'm stuck have been for weeks!
100,4 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 10,3 kg.    Aún para ir: 9,7 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
Ganando 0,2 kg a la Semana

Can you think of something to change? Last week I stopped drinking coffee because I love cream & sugar in it. First I cut the sugar for a week, but the cream was still too much. Now I drink tea in the morning. Last week I also started walking for 1/2 hour every day. Doing both of those things helped me lose 2.5 pounds this week.

That's a bummer my guy! Have you tried switching stuff up? When is the last time you adjusted your RDI? You may need more or less calories than you did since the last time you did it.

sometimes you just need to tweak it!

It's ok, switch out one cardio exercise that will help.
