with so many tempting foods at birthday parties I could not help myself. Now that I know that I have jumped up. It is time to take control again. This is what life is all about. Knowing and changing. We can not control what we can not measure.

Birthday parties are the worst, but one big blowout should sort out within a couple days and worth the enjoyment, main thing is you are back into it again.
