~ Thank You Veterans ~

I salute you, veterans of the USA
Thank you for your present service
Also for the days of yesterday.
Standing brave and tall, you willingly went
To whatever place, you were sent
To protect the land we love
Trusting in our GOD above.

There have been many whose lives were lost
It was for us and our freedom
You willingly paid the greatest cost.
You fought to keep our nation safe and free
It is because of you and your sacrifices
Proudly our flag still waves, for all to see.

My heartfelt thanks to all of you on this memorial day
GOD bless you richly, I proudly pray.

Today's 5 Things I am Thankful for...

1. God our Father
2. For the brave men and women that have served & are serving in the American Armed Forces.
3. My grandfathers who served in World War II to protect our country and our freedoms
4. My boys who thing my husband hung the moon. It is so cool to watch them working cattle together.
5. Festus, Fancy, Sadie and Sallie (my dogs) that greet me every morning and every day when I come home.

Workouts going well. I feel renewed. Here is to getting through the Holiday season!
