Goooood morning. Week 2 of Hammer and Chisel here I come. 1st week went well. I still need to meet my calorie goal. I got this, I'm going to do it no mater what. Got my Dumbbells in the mail yesterday so I'm ready to give them DVDs 100%. I'm going to add a 10min one three times a week and with that I should feel amazing after the end of the week. I can eat whole grains like a slice of bread, 1/2 an English muffin, 2 corn tortillas, ack I'm scared! Lol but I guess I just need to eat those during the day and not after 4ish. Enjoying time with my daughter and her friend while she's here.

Funny, I like grains too, and English muffins in particular. I feel I'm cheating, but it tastes so good with butter.

Lol I ate a 1/2 one today with a boiled egg and a garlic and herb cheese wedge spread (i guess that's my healthy fat for the day) topped off with some cayenne. Had a banana now time to chisel 🙅🏻

Thanks for the update Misty...I know everyone has a varying opinion on things, but in my opinion I like your macros for the month; protein is mid 20's with fat in the mid forties and carbs in the 30's but lower than fat. This should keep your energy level up with your increased workload without overloading your system with needless glycogen (which then gets stored as fat). Hope you see some great results with fat dissapearing along with a firming of the muscles beneath.
