Yesterday I had an in n out burger protein style, animal style. I should've skipped the animal style.. But no fries. One of my kids didn't eat the bun, I was going to toss it, then like a maniac I ate his dry bun! Stupid mistake! By then, the damage was done and I'm not the type to throw it up. I drank green juice for dinner. Eating out is definitely very dangerous for me.. Other people's food is dangerous for me! Back in 2013 i was 256lbs, today 221... But I need to get more serious with the weight loss. Tried phentermine in 2014 but with my history of addiction I stopped since it felt like being on speed again. Been a bout 2 years clean of phen. I want to break 220 it's my goal for the week!!

I think a big part of this process and journey is discovering and understanding our strengths, weaknesses and 'triggers' and learning what we're ready to handle (e.g., eating out) and when . . . don't 'punish' the mistake -- be grateful for the learning opportunity and use this knowledge accordingly in the future! :) Good luck with your goal this week -- you have it in you to reach it!

Thanks so much Losingit, I agree it's about self discovery along the whole process...I will continue to try to be strong today, and no more tempting places!!
