I found out my thyroid medicine will be adjusted to one dose down. Also they are looking at the history of my sugar in my blood cause it is a little high. In either case good or bad it made me upset, and that makes it harder to function and to look after myself. The body not co-operating makes any diet harder to follow and to keep going. It is important not to give up on ourselves, which is easier said then done.
