Diario de jm1111, 04 abr. 16

So I wasn't really hungry today and got busy during lunch and that kind of rolled into a fast. So a question for those on diets with planned fasts. What is the minimum amount of time for a successful fast and what are the health benefits?

I usually do intermittent fasts - 16 hours, then food within an 8 hour window. Some folks here fast 24-72 hours.
