well' i slept better last night but i feel groggy this morning. i need my coffee. use my cpap every night. wish i could keep my mouth shut .my mouth gets so dry. but with my mask ,i get my air. guess i could use a chin strap but then i get a terrible air leak. well, it's all better that the alternative.Ishould just shut up.
