On Saturday at 11am, my trainer is hosting a Braggin Rite games with her clients who signed up. We will deadlift, squat rack, etc.. I will attend but have my tap dancing class at 9am so I am hoping to survive!!! I'll have time for a snack in between as I'll need the energy and strength. Now for that perfect snack what shall chose?
