Good Evening Dear Diary.
It was an overcast Morning, however a beautiful and mostly
sunny Late Afternoon and Evening.
I re-started my diet today. Once again I'm back to doing the
Low Carb approach. Today I'm weighing in at 186.0 lbs. Hopefully
over the next days, weeks and months I'll get it back together.
