The last four days i have TOTALLY eaten whatever i wanted..... :( I'll probably pay for it on my weigh in this week. I don't know what gets into me sometimes. It's like i have NO control at all!!! Looking on the bright side....it's now 3:30 pm and i've stayed on track so far today! If i can make it through today, then tomorrow will be that much easier.

I SO know how you feel. I just feel like i mentally give up on losing weight sometimes.I slack on what i eat, i feel so lazy, i stop recorind for days at a time. hang in there though. the motivation will come back to you. it's just forcing it to sometimes. YOU CAN DO IT :)
