Wow, that was good to see. I did a good job this weekend so I deserve this. I just need to keep feeling that I deserve this weight loss. It's all in the attitude. I saw a picture of myself and my first thought was man, am I fat. My husband quickly reminded me how much I've lost since I started this journey (35 pounds). Thank God for the people who support us.
