boy am i tired. mowed the back yard. i'm slow so it took a couple of hrs for 1/2 acre . did a load of laundry; showered then went to donate a unit of blood then to reward myself , got a hair cut followed by quick stop at grocery store. quick and easy rotiscery chicken for supper tonight traditional doesnt have a lot of additives. no sugar.hope i sleep tonight
