I am doing well. It is so warm outside one can wear shorts so I will likely change into them, I might go and get sneakers later today the ones I have bit the dust, I extended them by getting a pair of inexpensive Dr. Scholls inserts and that gave them a few more months. I have continued on the no artificial sweeteners times two weeks now, one must be careful not to buy them in things like cough or cold medicine. We are having Indian summer here for the long weekend, it is like summer outside - too nice to stay indoors all day...
