I haven't been tracking nor have I been following my WOE (Way Of Eating), lc/hf. My hubby & I slowly fell of the WOE that helped us each lose 40-ish pounds in about 4 months. Before we knew it, the WOE of eating that was so good to us was nowhere in sight. We've been floundering to get back on track but last night my gusto came back. While I'm disappointed that I've gained back, I mean hello obvious (to me that is, lol), I was pleased to see that in the 6 months of being fully off track, I only gained back about half of what I had lost. So can I count that as still being ahead of the game from my original weight? LOL...
