Doing well, still off the diet soda believe it or not, I am doing it - over two weeks now. It was very addictive and I am sure my body is still going through withdrawal from that stuff. The weather is like summer today - so it is Indian summer, so I will likely go for a walk in a short while. I am finishing up the ending of the western and it should be done soon and then I will do a quick overview of each book and send them all out hopefully within a few short months. My friend Bruce may have his girlfriend move in and will help him pay the bills easier with an extra income. Hope everyone has a great evening...

Hi Glenn, your doing great with out the sweeteners and diet drinks..I know how you feel I had to give up chocolate and I feel so much better....Ejoy your walk and the rest of the day...

Hi Bren - it was a beautiful day here warm and dry - 80* outside and I walked to the store and took the bus back. For me quitting diet Coke was tougher than cigarettes, which I only smoked for about a month. Hope you're well - I am losing gradually and eating better too. Have a good day tomorrow (especially if you have it off)...

Hey, Glenn...so glad that you have been able to keep up your resolve to get rid of the soda...it is not good for you and yes, very addictive! Great that you are almost done with the western. I am sure it will be very good! Hope you had a great day!

Hi stef, yes - it should be done in a few weeks. Today I was so busy and there is not that much to add really now. Just wrapping up what a few dozen people end up doing... I am working nights when I work, so that messes up my sleep for the week. We had Indian summer here on Monday. Once I am done I will scan through - quickly - all three books and look to align the chapters properly. I hope to be done by the end of the month... time will tell, then I am sending the first three books all out...
