I 2nd all your advice Lilfurson! We all have days when we lose focus. The best way to handle it is to shake it off and keep it moving in the right direction.
I also love the feeling I get when I do my workouts in the morning. It may not be feasible everday but it sure is worth it to get up early and get that part of the day over with.
