Hi everyone have a quick read if you have a second

This App has been a lifesaver for me I have lost about 6.5 stone (91 lbs) since I started my diet about 4 years ago and I really feel like its given me a new life so much so I have started a YouTube channel about what I have done to shed the weight and how, if your starting out and want some pointers or just a old hand needing a push/moral support please check it out.
