Ooops, one glass of white wine, just too nice to resist. Popped in to Tesco afterwards and all of a sudden wanted to buy cake, so sugar kicks off more sugar cravings. Note to self: no alcohol before supermarket.

Alcohol is always my downfall. It is what I like to call "the Kebab Effect". A couple of drinks and you are gagging for a Kebab, or a cake, or chocolate! It is always best to avoid it entirely. Anyway, welcome. You have picked a great place to lose weight.
