Wow! Can't believe I'm still loosing. Feels good to have to buy new clothes. Not quite comfortable in a 12 yet, but I can wear some of them. My skin is feeling flabby, when my hubby lost weight, he went through this, his skin shrank down and he looks great. I know mine will too. Just got to drink lots of water and keep at this.
Eventually I will need to start excersising, but for now, I'm not ready to add another ritual. I'm very busy, and am out 3-4 nights out of the week, seems overwhelming to add one more thing. Thinking of seeing if someone can lead a Pilates group at the church where I work, during the day, I will take my lunch hour and do that.
