After church had McDonald's oatmeal with fruit. Went to Lowes to find buy materials to replace broken refrigerator shelf.
Did to 5 min sessions on my pedal cycle. It has to be good cardio vascular, because the lowest setting is 30 RPM's. Awfully fast for me as a beginner; wish it could be set for less RPM's to start.

McDonald's oatmeal is the best!! Way to go on getting your cardio! I've been waiting and wanting to invest in a stationary bike, all those bike spinners are in such great shape!
