Diario de Gina Paterson, 01 jul. 16

Well its been about a month now that Im dieting. Im just counting calories. I'm eating 1,200 calories a day. The past couple of days I have noticed I haven't eaten the 1200 calories. I did a mid week weigh in to see if Im losing anything this week so far and I gained a pound. I dont know if since I'm not eating 1200 calories if now my body is storing fat who knows. Today I am going to force myself to eat the 1200 calories and see what happens.

Just stay consistent. Our bodies water weight fluctuates all day. Google "why the scale lies" for insight. Consistency is key so just keep going. The scale will follow. Sometimes it takes patience.
