Diario de Katonamus, 04 jul. 16

To be expected. Our family had a week long get-together at my cousin's game farm and as a family we enjoy good food (oh, and it was good) and being "ungrateful" is frowned upon. So yeah, it's just one of those setbacks (to achieving a goal) that life sometimes throws at you.
But now it's time to get the ketones flowing again. "FOHWAAAADS... MARCH!!!"
150,2 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 10 kg.    Aún para ir: 60,2 kg.    Dieta seguida: Poco.

i hear you! this weekend was my last hurrah and now i care mo re about my goal than the taste of all things fried and amazing!

So, let me get this right. You gained 13 pounds because you didn't want to be frowned upon? O_o Stop worry about what people who do not live in your body think about you. Its ok to say no thank you.

Good luck BrydenBabe22, you can do it. Knuckles, normally I wouldn't give a hoot about who thinks what of me, but when it comes to family, especially one as tight as ours... well... *shrug*

My family shows love through food, its more complicated than just "no thanks" at least for me :) I have to gently pull them along with me and get them excited about this whole weight loss thing!

Perfect example of why it's so important to be proactive and not find yourself at the mercy of the whim of family or friends that may throw problematic foods your way. Always carry your own food, with enough to share, that way you can guilt them if they turn down your healthier alternatives!

anyone with tips about less sugar intake?

fat secret helps me to count the sugar -trying to keep it to at least 24 grams per day....8 grams per meal (3 times per day), keeping fat foods low as well as eating more proteins, (fish, chicken)....I heard that here in AZ we can eat all the dust we want...no sugar!
