This is looking better. I was actually surprised I dropped as much as I did, now just to keep it up.
143,9 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 16,3 kg.    Aún para ir: 53,9 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

Are you serious? Wow, in one week? Put your secret on the market, you can make a million bucks with it! I mean as long as you didn't have to lose a limb or something in the process - lol - seriously though, congratulations - nice drop.

Thanks guys, your support makes it possible for me. Skydiverjim, it's easy enough; I "short circuit" ketosis (my term). I found that eggs contain the exact balance of carbs, proteins and fats that you need in a ketogenic diet so I eat eggs only. Sometimes with a bit of mayo (not more than a teaspoon full for 6 eggs though). If you do it right, you go into ketosis which makes you feel full for (MUCH) longer and your body consumes it's own fat stores. It even seems to have sorted out my low blood-sugar spells (I used to get dizzy and disorientated when I got hungry). Check out http://www.ruled.me for more info on ketogenic dieting (although it's more of a lifestyle than a diet).
