Thank u Steven. Today marks my 17th day of no smoking. Last time I quit 17 days and had a cig. So after today I think I will be good. :-) Just keeping busy and reminding myself of the long term benefits!!!

I quit with jolly ranchers lol! now I vape cause ... well I smoked for 16 years and I fall sometimes. vaping helps. not as many chemicals, same motion. cheaper.

Hunter, that's good! I think the vap is good for alternative dh tried it earlier this year he said it helped. There r so many varieties of flavor and sometimes he'd mess up and get the nicotine stuff.

So which roof top pool are you talking about? That one I haven't heard. The biggest party pool for stars and such, has been the Palms. I have never been to very many pools in Vegas. They get wild. The wildest and craziest pool is Hard Rock off the Strip, on Paradise Road. I have always wanted to check out the classier pools like Aria, and Wynn's. Being older, I'm over the sun thing. Pools in Vegas are interesting though.

Warren I thought encore beach club was the pool to be at dh hates crowded pools especially when ppl drink in them and such lol so no party pools for us. Hunter thanks I'll write that down incase he starts to vape again. 😉

My 2nd block of the BEAST was chest. Mostly incline flies on the ball and presses then decline PUs not too bad 30 mins best part. Idk what's for dinner tonight but right now I'm going to finish my water and make a cup of coffee. :-)
