I've been away From FS and I'm scared to weigh in!!! Today I'm going to fast for 24 hours to cut some of this water weight. I feel so bloated today, actually felt so bloated all week!!!

24 hours might not do it, depending on how crappy your diet has been. I logged a one pound gain after fasting yesterday (the day before was bread and sugar bad). Am fasting again today. I hope you see enough of a drop to energize your resolve ☺

Been in your place of feeling bloated, use lymphatic massage to help drain water. Simple, easy to learn. Good YouTube examples from Massage by Heather (no, I am not her publicist :) ).

I agree with SjF60. Get on the scales and take what comes. Then buckle down and get on with it (hear me talking).

I've been running from measuring tape for about a month but it's so much better to know and face it. You'll get back on track and in time will celebrate your progress. Let's go!

same here. I was away for a month for various reasons, and after I came back to FS I didn't dare to step on the scale. I only dared after three days of wathing my calories again. Welcome back, and yes, you can do it!

Felt real good about doing nothing, but dig holes for plants. I was going to workout, but got lazy and didn't go. Hope you are feeling better. Weather has been great.

Your body NEEDs the water. Instead cut out all carbs and red meat for a few days (or longer) and drink water. You will kick start back to losing weight.
