Diario de skinnykiki , 21 dic. 09

We had a Christmas party this weekend. I took part in the alcohol and food in moderation. All said and done, I didn't gain any weight but did not lose either. Today I dust those shoes off and went to spinning class for an hour. Yeah!!! That is what it is all about. It is about getting up when we fall. Stayed on plan for breakfast and lunch.
