i've lost a fair amount of weight since january. weight loss seems to be slowing down lately. probably need a change up. thinking about continue LCHF ketosis but maybe not so tight and if i plateau for a while , that would be ok too. would have liked to be in the green scale . i know i'm close ; but i can live with that. i'm sure wrinkly, no butt, but still have a bit of a front butt to get rid of. it all takes time. i see some of you have been on fs for years and that is my plan too. but i'm thinking my body may need to stabilize some cause i'm just feeling tired, even with my being in slug mode for the past few days. what do you think??
