Diario de loosinisfun, 11 nov. 11

gooooooooood mornin...finally feelin so much better...tummy is back to feelin great again...guess the bug i had found someone else to attach to...hopefully not my g/f...she wanted to see me...did i forget to tell her i was sick until after i went over ther....ahhhhh...yes...but i did tell her just as soon as i got in the door...she didnt kick me out...so i cant take all the blame...knee is back to normal as well...would like to do a morning walk...in JUNE...its like 30 outside now with a wind chill of 23...can you say...o chit....brrrrrr...im shiverin just from thinkin about that cold air hittin my body with 2 layers of clothes on....once the sun comes up...hopefully the sun is comin up...my plans are to dress warm...2 layers at least...mabye 3 on top and head out for a morning walk...be nice to get in some exercise for a change...and to work off all the mistakes i been havin over the last several days...guess its a good way of makin my body think ...ahhhhhh haaaaa...hes back to his old habits..more food for a change.....well....get over that idea....im feelin like me again...and its back to eating like the healthy me again...well...guess its time to make the bed...eat breakfast...and plan for a morning walk once the sun shines....have a greatttttttttttt day.....

Glad you are feeling better! Hopefully you didn't pass the bug to anyone that will pass it right back. ;-) enjoy your walk but don't push it so your knee acts up again. I know the walk will feel great! Have a fabulous day!

thanks bren and jav...i did do a morning walk...brrr...but felt so great to finally be able to get out an do a walk..knee seems to be ok...no puffyness...long as i dont walk 4 miles when i do a morning walk, or stay on it all day, then it should be ok...just hard for me not to be on it so much since i enjoy going for longer walks...
