Had a huge gain at TOPS weigh-in tonight. Tomorrow is going to be bad. Going to horse race track our lunch is a buffet. Hope I have the will power to resist bad choices and eat healthy there. Wish me well!

Bought a digital pedometer tonight will it out tomorrow.

Stick with lettuce and veggie salad, maybe add in some deli meats like turkey or ham or plain tuna (not mayonaissy tuna salad). Stay away from bread. And then do a dessert of fresh fruit -- stay away from the watermelon, and go with berries. You can feel quite full with this kind of meal. And if you load up your plate with enough crunchy raw veggies, you'll have lots of things to munch on while others eat bad stuff. Remember that 1 cup of lettuce salad with mixed vegetables is 11 calories, so you can eat a lot of that for next to nothing. And don't be too discouraged about the 1.7 pound gain. That's not huge at all -- look at it as a percent of your weight. You may well see that 1.7 pounds drop off a week from now -- I know I've had that experience myself. You're doing fine...
