Diario de notfast, 12 nov. 11

Well last night I blew it big time ! Nervous/bored eating chips, bread & butter plus 2 glasses wine this has got to stop. I would have been better off it I had gone to play darts last night !

Ok, today another day and another start. I know why I ate everything in sight last night, the 2 glasses of wine started the "food monster"...

I'm weighing in tomorrow, hopefully not too much damage :(

Notfast - Sorry to hear about the attack of the munchie monster. I did my fair share of stress eating last week. Let's do this together. We need to have "on plan" food around to eat when we are bored, stressed, etc. And I've got to remember to stock up on herb tea. I find that really helps take the night monster.

I always feel that if the missteps aren't too many....and that you're learning something from them to prevent them from occurring again... that you'll be just fine going forward. Buffy's got some great ideas, there. Stay on plan today and don't try to cut way back to make up for last night - can't be done. Just file this lesson away, put your head up, and move forward! Have a great, on-plan day.
