As of measurements this AM, I am down 2.75 inches in my waist and 3 inches in my hips! The Paleo Diet is seemingly a great fit and a sustainable change in my life so far. I can't believe after spending a year struggling to keep my calorie deficit low enough just to struggle for very little results, I've dropped this much in just two weeks without counting calories or feeling hungry and ravenous all the time. I feel....really good.
