few more carbs ,but vegi carbs , there are some mash potatoes in the frig but i'm going to give to baxter the dog. he will eat anything. just have to changethings up . weight just not moving. have lost lots of lbs. since january. maybe my body just wants to adapt . just so weight does not start to creep up. i'll stick with hflc ketogenis just not quite as tight. weather still hot; but i shouldn't compain , those people of louisana hope everyone has a good tuesday
