Diario de loosinisfun, 27 dic. 09

gooooooood morin everyone...wakin up this mornin an feelin better about myslf...all the temptations are outta the house an even though my weight is up a pound or so, when i weighed this morning...its stayin where its at...so i kno in a day or two, it will start droppin back down again to what it actually says on my weight history...ate more lunch yesterday then i had planned but was just so hungry, will try an eat a snack today to keep that from happening again today...did make it on the floor yesterday an for no more then i did..i was sore yesterday afternoon..just alittle..so i found muscles that needed a workout...todays plan is to get on the floor once again and do the workout an add more onto it..keep addin more on each day..to work more body muscles...yesterday it was crunches, then side crunches, then turned over an did superman what ever its called...reverse crunch mabye...then got up...hard to get into a workout i enjoy...always thinkin of other things i need to be doing when im doing a floor exercise...loose my motivation when im on the floor tryin to do a workout...i listened to my mp3s yesterday while on the floor thinkin that would help an it did for a few...but then i was ready to get up an do other things...sooooo....tummy is hungry...so gonna make it happy in a few...lol...have a greatttttt day...sit down an refocus on what you want to achieve an then....go for it...
